A. Even if you don't have a drawing, please tell us the details of the specifications, such as where you plan to use it or what functions you need. A rough sketch is also perfectly fine.
We will shape your idea to a certain extent through discussions with you, and then our staff will create a CAD drawing based on that.

A. We’re very sorry, but as a general rule, we do not accept orders for design drawings only.
As for manufacturing-only orders, please feel free to consult with us.

We also accept requests from customers with whom we do not have an existing business relationship.

A. We can manufacture from a single unit.
You can place an order without worrying about the quantity, including prototypes and small-lot production.

A. Yes, it is possible.
We offer OEM services tailored to our customers' requirements. Based on your specifications, we handle both product orders and manufacturing.

However, please note that in the case of prototype-only requests, we may not be able to accept them depending on the scale or specific requirements.

A. We offer the following payment methods.

1. Preparation of the quotation and explanation of the production plan
Based on the customer’s requirements, we will prepare a quotation and provide a detailed explanation of the production plan.
2. Initial payment (30%) via bank transfer
An initial payment of 30% of the quoted amount is required via bank transfer. Production will begin once the payment has been confirmed.
3. Product completion confirmation and remaining balance payment
Once the product is completed and you have confirmed it, the remaining balance should be paid. As soon as the payment is confirmed, we will proceed with the shipping arrangements.
4. Product Shipment
Once the payment has been confirmed, we will ship the product.

Payment is generally accepted by bank transfer.

A. We always strive to ensure the highest quality in our manufacturing. However, in the unlikely event that a defect occurs, please contact your representative. We will conduct an investigation and analysis as needed and report the results to you.
For defects attributable to our company, we will provide appropriate measures such as a refund or a free replacement with an improved product. However, please understand that compensation cannot exceed the quoted amount. Additionally, if the product is used under conditions that differ from the original specifications, responsibility will generally rest with the customer, and we will not be able to offer compensation for production costs.
